We are a vacation getaway provider and a licensed travel agent for our connected resorts. We never sell our vacation packages at retail pricing, unlike other prominent travel sites. Each of our resort destinations has a direct fulfillment relationship with us, allowing us to provide wholesale rates to consumers directly saving up to 80% on their vacation packages.
The consumer agrees to participate in a resort preview presentation showing all of the attractions and benefits of the resort they visit in exchange for obtaining this discounted rates. We encourage that you compare our rates to those offered by other prominent online travel companies so that you can fully understand the discounts we are providing.
what is the next step after booking my vacation packages?
For the chosen resort, you will receive an email confirmation letter. This letter will confirm your vacation package purchase and will include information about the resort, including their Reservation Department for booking assistance and Customer Service for any unresolved information regarding your resort stay.
what is a resort preview?
While you are visiting the resort, your chosen resort will organize a time for you to participate in a preview presentation of all of the resort’s amenities and perks. Although you are not obligated to buy anything, you must attend the 60-120 minute presentation to make the discounted package rate valid.
The preview is entertaining and educational, and the entire family will appreciate it.
COULD I ADD MORE NIGHT TO THE SELECTED PACKAGE?
Yes, depending on your trip dates, more nights are possible at a discounted rate after purchasing your getaway holiday. Simply dial 1-888 and one of our vacation professionals will assist you with your travel arrangements.
who do I contact for anything related to my reservation?
Simply contact the resort’s Customer Service Department to discuss your vacation needs, which may include adding extra family members, additional nights, a vehicle rental, airport pickup, special needs, and other inquiries.
what do i do if have more family members than the advertised package?
Simply dial 1-888 and Our vacation specialist are available to help you accommodate additional family members for an extra cost. These fees vary by resort, so be sure to inquire about the extra guest fee at your preferred location.
what if have less family member than the advertised package?
On average, the resort accommodations we offer can accommodate up to four people. If your party has fewer participants, you will have more space!
how much time do i have after purchasing to use my vacation package?
Each of our resort destinations allows you to choose your trip dates and enjoy your vacation getaway for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
what are resort fees and taxes?
Resort fees and taxes are government costs that your chosen resort collects, and they normally vary from $5 to $29 each night, per family.
can i buy more vacation packages?
We currently have 8 hotel destinations to choose from, with some more on the way. On the other hand each resort requires a 6- to 12-month gap between visits.
